MY GUESS Is That a very large portion of these are small MW and 3-power would not be interested??? Then again if you could corral a bunch of these and get them connected to the grid it might be worth the $$ expenditure???? Sort of like all the 2 mw solar power projects that are being concessioner and we do not get involved… Who the hell knows what is going to happen
