I am not sure what it means. I am just trying to clearly understand the R/S and looking for other opinions .

Prior to the R/S there will be 990 million shares at .20 a share

After.. the R/S there will be 990 million shares. at 1.00 a share thus the company is now a billion dollar market cap ?

A 1 for 5 split means to me, current shareholders get one share valued at a dollar but then return four shares back to the company for a re issue at a value of ?? a dollar......

The R/S only effects the outstanding shares , not the authorized and that will impact shareholders IMHO.......as around 15 million B shares have not been issued IMHO.......

Bottom line to me is the risk versus reward for shareholders to hold thru the R/S is huge IMHO and I believe the actions of the insiders selling validates it............
