IMO even that wouldn't be proof. I know there are a lot of indicators saying a Settlement is coming. Like changes at websites and removing links to infringing technology by other companies. Also the text used in the previous status reports, indicated a settlement is/was close.
But are all just indications, which made me think another stay might not happen. That's what my gut feeling said.
But public proof would only be a when a company, or an attorney or judge states that the settlement is done, and there will be no further stay.
But I haven't seen such proof. And I know you think that it proofs the opposite that there isn't any volume. "No volume = No settlement for now" in your opinion. You might be right, but also about that I must say, it isn't factual proof. It might be some sort of circumstantial evidence, but if somebody says to me "I got proof", I need evidence ;-)
