Excellent news out today! Patents in this field can be incredibly important and valuable...

@Scott, obviously the bill has nothing in it about PSTI, and if by a lot of people you meant FDA, then I get your point. But what the bill DOES do is give the government the opportunity to deal with PSTI and allows it to happen A LOT quicker and without all of the FDA bureaucracy! And make no mistake, if US signs any kind of stockpiling contract, even though exclusive, this will take off like a rocket. (no pun intended, and rocket man over in north korea will be and is the catalyst for stockpiling)

You could be right, my question to you is. Why did PSTI raise 15 Million Dollars but refused to take all they could have raised. Was it to do a deal, any idea

Now why doesn't that surprise me? LOL.

What the bill does in fact, is to make it easier for the DOD
to get something they're highly motivated to get. It removes
one onerous bureaucracy to navigate thru! That's HUGE!!!!

And, just to make sure we're precise in our metrics:
On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is the size of the universe before
the big bang, and 10 after, I would say... 7, that's bigger than
a breadbox, and smaller than Texas.
