Clearly, CYDY can't expect BO offers from these two giant pharms.

I would have to disagree. I think PRO-140 has the potential to be a superior treatment if the interim PE results are as good as I suspect, and especially given the minimal side-effects. PRO-140 can quickly make their pill obsolete, and they can't afford to be on the sidelines and let that happen. I see their pill as a last-gasp attempt to keep revenue coming in until they can find something better, which could include buying out a competing drug BEFORE a competitor buys it. If this was a race (and I believe it is), I think they're about to get left behind in the dust after the interim PE results are announced, assuming they are as good as I suspect. Tick...tock!
