The name of the company changes,as well as the ticker symbol.

It will automatically convert in your account. You don't have to do anything, you will just see your shares under a new ticker. It is immediate with my broker which is E*TRADE.

Well, ya see, it's like this...when ONCI is gone, so are your shares. You'd better sell before it happens...or try thinking, or even look it up.
