I couldn't disagree more.

I realize the purpose they are "suppose" to serve. And in general,I agree,in the first few years of utilizing stock to further a Company's interests,the return is marginal.....but I'm way further down the tracks on this than you.

There is a "window" in which your statement is apropos. It doesn't go on indefinitely.

But at some point,it becomes abuse(to the shareholder base),and reckless and potentially self-serving misuse.

I'm trying to be very specific to DECN here,not to the concept.

I'm sorry you seem unable to see to this in DECN,otherwise you wouldn't quarrel with my point.

The return on shares utilized in financing and incentives has been putrid.

Yes,I would warn every potential individual investor to vote with their eyes and encourage them to never invest in DECN.

It's been proven DECN's History tends to repeat itself,and it has been an ugly loss inducing history for pink sheet investors in DECN.
