The institutional buyers are picking up anything that looks downward and at some point the short position will just throw in the towel and start covering. They want to do that BEFORE she starts climbing. Zion has told us (very clearly I think) they are working, they are dealing with the new challenges as a result of new progress, and they will tell us what has developed around the end of December.
The silence is progress, good news, and leading to a new level of achievement. I think we are getting closer and closer to that point. Next week will be great! Time is on our side!
