My goal is to own 0 shares of ERHC so I can take the full write off. Pretty amazing though to see 100's of millions of shares for sale at these bargain basement prices every day and almost nobody buying even among the staunchest supporters.
I am actually amazed by what this public company gets away with. If a contract to sell EEZ Block 4 was signed in June it should have been reported in the last 10Q. That would have been filed around August 14. I'll look again but I don't recall anything being mentioned. And if a contract was signed later it should have been shown as a subsequent event or reported on a timely basis in an 8K.
Perhaps the reporting on this is wrong. But every single time it seems these reports are accurate and that the report of material news comes from a third party while our own management withholds the information from their shareholders. There is no justification for this and it is illegal. The biggest question is since they know what they should do why are they hiding it?
