That is correct. The $2.00 number can be found during a conference call around 2 years ago. They also said they would be asking for more than $2.00 once litigation began.

I'm currently long, but not a perma bull. I would love to hear a factual based argument to sell at this level- for a nice gain, but haven't heard one and there's been no news released to change the current narrative.

It seems as most of the bears on this board only have a hunch or maybe prior experience that makes them bearish on this stock.

I'm long..until the narrative changes:-)

Emil wanted a $2 minimum "pre-litigation". We're well into litigation and IMO beyond the most difficult part of it - beating the infamous PTAB - with flying colors. VP/Knobbe_Martin has just about done what hasn't ever been done before, beat Apple in the PTAB. How many Apple IPR Petitions have been 100% denied in the history of the PTAB?

When thinking about what Emil/VP BOD will settle for, I've said this in the past, "anything under $5 a share is a give-away for this patent suite" and I don't think Emil & Co. at this stage, especially with his statement of "how difficult the last 18 months were" is going be to doing anything close to a giveaway.

We must remember that (IMO) all of this latest excitement is solely based on the patents footprint & IPRs here in the U.S. These patents have been approved throughout the EMAE region and India. Those market's subscribership combined are 10 times the size of what the U.S. contains.

That $198 billion # FlyingBS threw out there (thank you for compiling that flyingBS) is just for the U.S., the $ amounts really gets mind boggling when you start considering the rest of the world. It's beyond fathomable belief.
