The ORRV shell was used to pay 352K of McCusker's personal business debt. Which is illogical, unless one is a scammer.

And there is a lot more business debt in his personal BK, so I fail to see your point.

McCusker also owns one billion shares of what is now called MHHC, and that was not disclosed to the BK court.

That is bankruptcy fraud sir.
