i think when we get 8k about equity investors, this will move north, then when revs start pouring in, we run. not technical. jmho

Of course any reported material event could change everything. I’m still baffled why someone who is supposedly so connected would enter into floorless convertible debt for a mere 40 grand last month. It makes little to no sense and if I was a shareholder I would be hugely concerned about these deals that are supposedly in the works. In my opinion they are already in a position where they have to reverse split. At this point the toxic lenders are probably drooling at the opportunity to do a VWAP discounted convertible debt deal. Looks like they got a little taste of this type of funding recently and they like the taste. It’s easy money on the backs of the common shareholders however 99.9% of the time it turns into a death spiral for the stock. I guess we will just have to see what happens. GLTY.
