That is total fiction. An individual named Wang purchased control of DOLV and DOLV acquired an entity named "JB&ZJMY ltd".

"Zhong JI Ming Yang New Energy Technology Co ltd" is not part of any corporate transaction involving DOLV, unless "JB&ZJMY ltd" also subsequently acquired it and which is nowhere documented.
