I hope they Googled "Ball Mill patents".

I just did and there are a lot of them. Better make sure yours is unique, otherwise it will get rejected. BTW, there is nothing preventing anyone from using any other type ball mill or other rotary mill for that matter and make these sugars. The real power is in patenting the specific end products from the process, which was rejected by the US Patent office, outlined in post 2664.

For those who care to learn why check out posts 2640 & 2664. It doesn't help that they don't own the CTS technology patent either, just the right to license. Or is that Cabolosic LLC, or AMG Renewables, or AMG Energy? I can't keep track of all of them and my head hurts now from trying to. If you were a big money investor, who would you rather deal with? Probably not the middle man... and that's if the technology made sugars @ $0.05/lb and ethanol at $1/gallon. Probably get fed up half way through trying to figure out what company you need to talk to about it or who is the official rep of the patent licensing.

Still waiting on those NREL modeling results...

<<BTW, love the way you say it will be installed at your facility in Florida, slyly omitting mentioning the actual Vero Beach plant site. That way, if you don't buy it you can always say..."Well, I never explicitly said the Vero plant site".>>

Magmar, good point - their legerdemain is getting more than tiring,
it's actually getting nauseating.

And they still think that they can get away with this sleight of hand
wordplay.

They might think that they're so smart that they can get away with
duplicity.

But guess what ALLM - look at your LOUSY stock price!

You're fooling nobody right now!!

What immediate value does this bring the investor?

Sorry, just one more. I have to ask...what is the purpose of this article anyway to the investors on this board? Does it answer any of the questions you still have?

You have been waiting patiently for months (since July at least) on anything remotely resembling being the proud owner of an existing plant in Florida. Instead, you got silence, or this. Does this article get you any closer in understanding where they are at in the plant purchase process? Oh, I know what he said publicly and I am not buying it. Certainly not from this CEO. Not until his hand was forced by the local media. Had it not been for MikeSS posting the local news updates we would have never known the true status of this. I am sure he was hoping to remain silent for as long as he could and when forced to ends up pinning the troubles and blame on others. Since July, you get tossed a recycled puff piece on Progressive Fuels being set up to sell that potential ethanol from that potential plant. You get a worthless patent on a ball mill that anyone could circumvent and make the same end product. What you really wanted, you had to find out from a blogger, not the CEO!

So I ask...what is the real value in publishing this, cuz I can't see it. Timing...just to keep you around, if not for a little while longer. For the diehards... What will you do with your stock if they don't end up buying the plant?
