The answer is it’ll get one nowhere. Many have tried and failed. Repeatedly.
Although this is a public company , KT is under absolutely NO pressure whatsoever from shareholders. This is HIS company, plain and simple. He has total control. He is only obligated to meet the minimum reporting requirements. If he wants to , he could easily operate the company like this for another 12 years. He pays himself well enough.
The rest of the shareholders only have three choices. Buy , sell, or hold.
