November 21, 2017 - Heading to PA for second meeting with QVC for potential App sale
Any Day: Announcement naming a large insurance company with a signed LOI
November 30, 2017 - Opening of first manufacturing facility in Malaysia (two sites=22,500SF - see 8/29/17 & 10/5/17 & 11/7/17 PRs)
By December 5, 2017 - Audit should be done
December 15, 2017 - Financial filing (this could possibly be filed by this date as a quarterly but it's also 'fiscal year or annual' so see below 90 days for yearend)
By Mid-December - Delivery to 6 Dealer South Florida Auto Group ($432k/yr)
February 2018 - Closing of Asian factory deal ...facility to come online mid-2018 (11/7/17 PR)
M&A: Acquiring NY dental group and opening 30 offices in next 36 months (since 10/11/17 PR)
Any Time - At least 10 more contracts to be announced and updates on all deals to date including MJ related activity...
Waiting on CO SOS and FINRA- license or re-domicile by 12/8/17 otherwise need to reapply:
I believe a pink sheet public company has 90 days from its fiscal yearend to file financials which places the next one for ONCI around the end of January but last year they had it out around mid-Dec. as a 'quarterly' (12/15 & 12/20).
