No significant change in the growth rate from international in the past week after a substantial growth spurt the previous two weeks. We are very close on completing the financials, we are working on it and it is moving forward. We have had challenges due to personnel changes here, and related to operating in foreign jurisdictions, however we are making changes to avoid these issues from delaying in the future.

The company intends to enter into a new funding relationship post filing with the OTC to raise up to $500,000 through loans. Proceeds from funding will be used to accelerate growth with existing and new customers in Africa. Additionally, proceeds will be used to complete the audit of the financial statements and begin refiling with the SEC.
