Nothing is a sure-thing. Every situation and opponent is different.
I must concede, however, that the defeat of UNIFIED PATENTS (consortium), APPLE and AT&T is a very encouraging sign that future battles will be filled with fewer hurdles now that VPLM's patent claims have been fully validated by the USPTO/PTAB.
Doesn't get better than this fellas...
