I spoke with IR yesterday. Can't say enough about how measured and confident the Village team is. I was surprised to hear, but they have a high level of conviction that the US will at least Federally legalize marijuana medicinally in under 2 years.

While they didn't enter that market in Canada, the US is much larger. They would convert some of their Texas greenhouse in those conditions. The growing environment for that facility is world class due to the elevation, sun, and temperature year-round.

Otherwise, they don't see dilution coming for any of the build on Delta 3. They are confident that they'll receive favorable terms under debt financing.
