No. Financing at $.50? It’s never touched $.50.

Clearly volume has dried up which, IMO, means selling has ended and the number was somewhere between $.70-$1.00.

Let’s go conservative @ $.75. We’re at 1.4 + 14M = 15.4M. I suspect it’s closer to 13M.

Either way, that’s 6M less than you suggest and by the time additional funding is needed, PPS will be much higher. Which will result in a much smaller secondary finance offering.
