So I guess now we have to just wait for the trial in Germany for BC III and the verdict for BC I. Hopefully a possible settlement with BC/Symantec before BC II re trial on January 2018...

Stock price is going up now. I guess since BC II is out for now (until January 2018), people are expecting now to see BC I verdict very soon and possible verdict for ESET... Hopefully Finjan wins BC III case in Germany next Monday.. Time for Finjan's stock price to go above $3 and more ...
