We wouldn't expect them to take place in the BOD of TRW. The largest of them have a 4.5% stake and there is not room for 100/4.5=22 board members :-) (they could of course join forces and require 1 board member if they wanted to)

SIAF will have two (?) members on the BOD, but we have a large stake.

The rest of the BOD will be reserved for pre-IPO investors and/or investors from the IPO itself.

I find it strange that this 4,5% owner is inactive

What does it take to re-activate, and how often do they update their database? (I have no idea) The registration in HK is rather new (the PR about it is from august, although TS found it before the PR) and two of them are establised April and May according to your findings.

My investigation is to find proof/evidence so challenge claims about SIAF.

Challenge who? Not Zero, I hope.
