Looks like this all started in 2013 ; Whatever shares he received from DCAC have probably already been dumped into the market , most these guys don’t waste time with that kinda stuff .
On the topic of whether the company colluded , I would think that during the SEC investigation of the party noted , if they found collusion of any kinda , DCAC would have been suspended already.
