Past DD? I for one base my trading decisions on the future (and to some extent) the company's present outlook. The past with IHSI is just that...immaterial. Management's work behind the scene to line up Cresent Construction Company during the dark period was nothing short of brilliant. We have over $3M in revenue on the books in 9 months and new assets of $2.4M thanks to Devon's efforts. Management also paved some very deep inroads into the alternative energy field that led to the recent MOA with Fazync and the meetings with utility executives. I'm really not too concerned about the no business, no financials, no revenue over a brief period now that so many ducks have been put in a row.
