You make a very astute observation about why the Saudi Prince had all those rich Saudi's arrested and robbed. The country needed the money. I don't recall hearing anyone in the MSM news outlets even bring that up, but I think you're absolutely spot on.
When the SHTF moment comes to all the other "broke" countries they'll do the same thing, but just call it something else, like a bank bail-in. It will be the same as stealing.
