I don't know about management and a BOD etc. But the business address is rather irrelevant.
It's not unusual for half a dozen Chinese companies to share the same office complex in the US. Just to give an example.
They just need one room and a phone in HK. It doesn't have any operations in HK. The same applies to MEIJI and CA etc. All they need is one room in Belize or Macau, if even that. A phone and a mailbox could suffice. And a business registration of course :-)
And owners using collective adress as SIAF secretary? I find this all a bit uneasining.
Fist of all, it's the adress of Tri-way or their secretery. Secondly, this is a completely normal practices, just as SIAF company adress in USA is the adress of their secretary in Nevada.
It has become a sport to find none issues with anything surrounding SIAF and make them an issue.
