well, If we can believe what the Bid award is telling us their is around 30 days left before they need to put a shovel in the ground on the awarded project.

Then their are the two shovel ready projects that they have options on getting permits.

Then their is some sort of grand announcement of financing for everything.

Also there maybe a secret or two that they may spring on us.

it seems that things are certainly getting compressed FOR THE BIG BOOOOOM! ????
