Agreed wishes and opinions is not DD.

This is correct, masking the truth with fabracated forward looking fluff from the company is "wishes and opinions" NOT Due Diligence.

Using PRs to value the company won't get the 30k back.

Fact via DOCUMENTS would keep one from making mistakes when investing.
