Sound business 101 would be to file your 10q on time. Kinda fucked that up didn't they. And, D2 is right. Companies go public to raise cash. Duhh

Sound business would suggest to go public in China and issue bonds, not sell equity ownership. Sound business would also dictate that the Chinese government would not let go the company's alleged "revolutionary battery technology" to US investors.
