#124442 RE: The Swede #124440

This is where a listing of CA can come in handy; without a listing SIAF would need to withhold most of the money TRW repays so that SIAF itself can repay its loans, but if we have a listing of CA in 2019 - where SIAF sells off say 25% - then SIAF can spend more of the money TRW repays on cash dividends now (loan 1 matures 2018, while loan 2 and TFA&B matures autumn 2019).

Also, if we within a few months have the TRW-loan, an announcement of an ex date of TRW, as well as steps taken towards stock dividend/listing of CA for say 2019, then it might suffice with a "modest" cash dividend (modest compared to EPS, not to PPS).

Who would want/dare to sell their SIAF-shares when we have the TRW-loan and the growth story "verified", ex date for TRW, proven track record of both stock and cash dividends (stock dividend being very generous) and further steps towards a stock dividend in CA?
