That doctrine only applies to established SEC reporting companies that trade on a real exchange not those that trade on a privately owned trading platform and whose stock moves on nothing but hype and whose CEO is the only one that makes money by selling shares not flipping the stock on the gyrations caused by the bullshit he tweets or the pictures he posts.
