documentation that most up and coming legit penny stocks provide.. PROOF OF AN AUDIT..PROOF OF A CURRENT DEAL..REGISTER THE ONCI SHELL... all easily do able... because he has done none of this it makes he and ONCI appear to be another typical penny stock scam.. other wise we would be at .10 already... its 100% HIS DOING where we sit today... not saying in the future he won't do these things.. but he has talked about it and so far not a single thing he said is happening..ONCI
