That's what I first thought and then did a quick bit of research.

Allen was previously when DNRG was an LLC. It now lists him as CEO of Dominovas Energy Corp.

There are different forms of corporations. A C corp, a LLC, and some others some companies use for business.

Allen still is the CEO of DNRG
