watchful: You never really got your question answered. Maybe the advice/opinion given in lieu of answering your question directly was based on possible knowledge of massive dilution for IDDR ahead? After all, they have a 90%+ ceiling left before they hit their A/S max which they just recently raised.

So, your friend doesn't really answer your stated question, stears you away for some unknown reason from investing in IDDR and for that you are not going to invest in BVTK.

Lol. all im gonna say is if ur not buying up all you can of this ticker . Lets just say you don't know how to do ur DD this is gonna be Very Big in 6-8 months. Talking bigger that APPL Big with Global government contracts.
