It is very possible that when the financials come out (assuming the do) that the PPS may drop. It depends on the status of the Logistics Air complaint and other things that may not be known.

Baltia cheapies range from .0002 to .14 And so that means as long as you buy between these prices you have landed some cheapies.

So if the financials are EVER released in the next 24 MONTHS every one will have time to grab cheapies the NEXT 30 DAYS AFTER the financials are released Because there is NO way this thing will get back to .14 USD with WISE investors selling to NET a profit after waiting for 30 LONG YEARS and so yeah you can BET ON IT!!!
