Bagel, I have no idea what the price will be, but added the the BPAX share holder perspective to point out what their management probably walked away from in order to enter into a longer term commitment on Libigel's development. $1 billion dollars back in 2012 would have put $242 in the pocket of each ANIP share they have now. But the deal at the end of the day has to be considerably more.

I too am not convinced it will be sold, but PPS will be climbing. Time will tell.
