The annual shareholder's meeting has been scheduled for Thursday January 18th, time of day yet to be made public.

Shareholders of record on November 27th 2017 will be able to participate in voting their chosen proxy materials. It is a PPHM anomaly that the record date for participatory voting has been made to be after the day of the shareholder meeting's scheduling announcement.

I see from CJG's sticky that the 10/31 ending quarterly cc is (only) approximately Dec. 11th
