AO, Northcott debt for shares carry a 4 month +1 day exercise option. Since the publication/issue was 18 Sept, I assume that would be 18 Jan. 2018 + 1 day= 19 January 2018 at CAD 0.61 cents.
By the way Northcott would be paid for all incurred costs until 31 December 2017.
