You sell when the ICBU is running hard, you buy when it's washing out like it did Friday. Now ICBU should churn slightly higher this coming week. Not much overhead since Chris and Toxic boyz cleared their positions and soon they will start accumulating. Hopefully when they start the stock will be mid range around .0015/.0017. Count on another pump from insiders!!!
