I couldn't remember exactly what the amount was he sold. Maybe that 2 million before close yesterday was the rest of his conversion?

Ok. So he filed to sell up to 2.6M shares and only has transacted about 400K. This amount is small. In the Sept-05 report from Spooz, it looks like Paul has 169M shares which sounds about right for a CEO/founder.

Even if he did sell 2.6M shares, it is a drop in the bucket for what he owns, and amounts to very little return. Perhaps he needed to pay for the wedding? If I saw him unloading 30,40 or 50M shares, I might be much more nervous.
