I'm actually as sure as I can be that the trees exist. It's just that's there's the shadow of doubt that falls over everything and Kim seems to relish giving out just enough information to raise other questions and then leaving us hanging on those.

I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss Housegate. If he combines that $960 a month with SSI he could buy a mobile home and live quite comfortably. All the while laughing evilly about how he conned us shareholders out of that rent money.

“He could easily put out a pump that could push this pps up into the teens and dump millions without ever breaking a law.“

with kim’s lack of credibility, i don’t think he could push this up into the teens with anything..and that ain’t legal either..

i do believe kim could legitimately get the pps up that high... but it would take much more time and effort..

“Why would he create a scam that is so obviously a fraud for less than $1000 a month when he could retire rich with one good forward looking pump? ”

kblb has been a golden goose for kim personally..it pays him a million bucks a year..plus bonuses, a car, med care etc...and it gets higher every year..i guess you could ask why does he bother with having the company provide him with a car since he already makes so much money..the answer is, because he can and why not?..

the other thing is, if done correctly, there is very little that kim can do that would be illegal..there would be no fraud..kim can do what he wants to do..he gave himself that right with shareholder blessings..

civilly there may be a fruitless lawsuit..but anyone can sue anyone for anything..the real problem is, no one cares..most defend kim no matter what he does..a lawsuit regarding a penny stock company failing when 99.9 of them fail anyway will go nowhere..

you may consider it a scam or fraud but no one will care..

“There is no logic in the idea of a crappy house in texas being the reward for the risk of a fraud conviction.”

lol..there is zero risk of a fraud conviction...

do you think it is possible that kblb might need more land than 15 acres?..or might need something else that kim can provide at inflated prices?...once he establishes a history of doing something, then all he is doing after that is what he has already done before..

a crappy house in texas can turn into a couple hundred thousand in profit for kim..all perfectly legal with yours and everyone else’s blessings..

now just look a little further than the end of your nose..
