If they own 51% for this venture, then VIVA wouldn't have much say in how the future income is spent. But like you say, if VIVA is still independent then we would receive 49% for Oi2's OTT platform only? Does that sound right?

I believe we are only partners with 0I2 as far as the middleware is concerned. So ad revenue etc will not help us. Just the subs.
