Couldn’t the Korean Company see ECOS as a vehicle for going public too.

It seems to be a common trend for Waste companies to go public through the reverse merger process such as Waste Management, Republic, etc.

If LRS uses ECOS to go public through a reverse merger, could they immediately do a reverse split shortly afterwards to lower the number of shares and get placed on a larger exchange?
