Did JG Wentworth file a Ch 11 Bankruptcy or was it a subsidiary? I've read that the Shares will be Cancelled/Teriminated and reissued as new Commons but then I've read they won't if a Subsidiary only file Ch11 BK?

Appreciate any input.
