Yep until I see it here, http://otce.finra.org/DLSymbolNameChanges , then it doesn't matter what is posted by the company. If Finra say no then RS doesn't happen. Does the company have some explaining to do? Yes, but RS isn't confirmed. I want to hear what they have to say Monday.
