There’s absolutely no indication that the German loan guarantee won’t come through. The notion that the approval procedure is held back by the ongoing coalition talks here in Germany is BS IMHO. I will call the guys from Euler Hermes here in Hamburg who administer the loan program on Monday to confirm that this is not the case.
