There is not a single contract or ownership interest in the public domain. That's the problem. People have been talking about purchase orders made as early as December 2016 or joint ownerships of manufacturing facilities. Nothing!! has been reported in the four financial statements that followed since then (Annual Report, 2 Q's, 10K/a). According to the financials that this company has released, it is nothing more than an underfunded startup operation.
