Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 200 split. Pay date=10/20/2006.

And now it's happening again... Same Story, just different people.
BTW has FINRA approved it already? So far it's just a NVSOS Filing that basically says they are planning to do a 1:100 RS. Last instance is FINRA as usual. But maybe they do have the approval already, who knows.
