As was said in the Overdrive articles the underwriters will force adoption. Plus trucking company execs like to avoid liability losses.
If you parse out the Overdrive articles it seems that the truckers themselves are most concerned with their privacy invaded by the dashcam camera systems. Maybe that gives CRGS a competitive marketing edge for its CURA myCadian. Much less invasive than video.
Most of what they are talking about is already accomplished using GPS. They company's know where their trucks and how fast they are driving. Seems repetitive.
