Maybe I missed a few DOCUMENTS somewhere that I can be directed to that help explain how:

McCuskers was still legally considered a private company.

ORRV "had been" trading as McCusker Holdings, FINRA just recently (assuming 11/10/17) approved a "symbol and name change".
